Samir Patel is a CRA and Real Estate Sales Person. All of Samir’s associates are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and are bound by a strict set of guidelines and a code of ethics. This ensures clients receive unbiased and well researched reports which are relied upon by Financial Institutions, Investors and Government Agencies to name a few. We provide legal appraisals and expert witness testimony.

Tracey Smith, AACI, P,App has worked as a commercial appraiser for the past 10 years in the GTA. Tracey’s has vast experience in appraising retail/apartment, industrial, commercial, heritage, vacant and agricultural land properties. Tracey provides services in Toronto, Durham Region, York Region, Northumberland, Peel, Simcoe, Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, St. Catherine’s and Hamilton.

Our policy is to ensure the delivery of accurate reports within reasonable time frames.
